Once again the famous and ever exciting “Starlite Festival” is back in Marbella this summer. The festival kicks off with the entertaining Jamie Cullum on 27th July 2013 and ends with the amazing David Bisbal on 24th August 2013. The Starlite Festivel gives Marbella nearly a whole month of international stars to watch and listen to with entrances starting from as little as just 20euros.
Of course as always, money is raised for the the Starlite Gala, a worthwhile charity helping raise funds for different causes such as education, primary needs, healthcare and much more to third world countries. The host again this year is our very own Antonio Bandearas who dedicates much of his time to this very worthy charity.
There is an amazing line up this year including Juilo Iglesias, Alejandro Sanz, Enrique Iglesias, and much more including a special show of Grease in concert. There really is a good line up of Spanish native artists this year. In addition to the concerts, there is a nightclub where you can party the night away, many eating establishments upon where you can wine and dine, there is even a VIP area and package, of course, what else would you expect for Marbella!
This year at the Starlite Festival there is also a cinema, a variety of fashion shows, and an art exhibition. The evening really is amazing value for money given the various elements to this amazing festival. Last year I had many friends who attended that commented on the fact that they were surprised at how well organised everything was and how there was ample of parking, with good shuttle bus availability to and from the parking areas.
I am certainly going this year, starting off with Jamie Cullum. Tickets to the Starlite Frestival are currently being offered at a 10% discount online at www.starlitefestival.com so there is no better time to secure your ticket and start counting down the days.
